These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the H&C Elevate Marketing Clinic. By registering for or attending a Clinic, you agree to the terms below.
 
1. About the Clinic
The H&C Elevate Marketing Clinic is a free monthly event designed to offer practical marketing support, advice, and mentorship to startup founders and teams. It is delivered by H&C Elevate and invited guest experts.

2. Registration and Attendance
Spaces at each Clinic are limited. By registering, you agree to attend or notify us in advance if you can no longer join.
We reserve the right to:

• Limit the number of available slots per startup or founder

• Decline registrations if we believe the clinic is not the right fit

• Cancel or reschedule sessions if needed

 

3. Code of Conduct
All attendees are expected to treat others with respect and professionalism. We do not tolerate abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behaviour.
We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access to the Clinic at our discretion, including for breaches of this code.

 

4. Advice and Liability
The advice offered during the Clinic is for general guidance only and should not be taken as legal, financial, or investment advice.
While we aim to provide helpful, relevant support, participation in the Clinic does not constitute a consultancy agreement or guarantee of results.
H&C Elevate accepts no liability for actions taken based on advice given during the Clinic.

 

5. Intellectual Property
All materials shared by H&C Elevate or its contributors remain the intellectual property of the creators and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

 

6. Data and Privacy
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You may request to access or delete your data at any time by contacting laura@hickscurtis.com.
